To clean a Persian hand woven carpets and rugs we use our automated system that through a custom made machine at our workshop, in George Industrial, will beat the the carpets numerous time till all sands and dirt are released from the tight knots and pile. then the carpet is vacuumed as many time as necessary to ensure there is no dirt or soil stock any where prior to wash. These steps are of most importance to avoid crating a MUD inside the tightly packed piles that will obviously defeat the purpose of the cleaning of the carpets all together. Use of a vacuum alone is not sufficient in removal of all dirt and soil embedded between the knots.
The process continues with a wash system and use of all natural specialty cleaners that will not make the colors run and damage the carpet. This step will be repeated as necessary and following that the rinse process with fresh water will complete the wash process. The next and final step is drying the carpet both in front and back in a timely matter and as quick as possible before mold and mildew takes a refuge inside the pile.
